Elizabeth Branch has a broad range of experience representing clients in general civil litigation and appellate matters in the areas of employment, business, consumer, and contract disputes, as well as oil and gas law, construction, and personal injury cases. In her practice, Ms. Branch has regularly advised clients on labor and employment-related matters including employment policies and procedures, state and federal disability and discrimination laws, and non-competition and non-disclosure agreements. She has served on the board of both the Austin Young Lawyers Association and the Travis County Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Branch received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego and her Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and California.
